So I'm definitely happy with the progress that has been happening recently. Knowing that I can have a big breakfast makes me happy (I'm STARVING in the mornings and can eat like a king!). And then if I feel hungry at night, I just tell myself ok....morning is close..just wait until morning. There's no point in eating now if I can have a big breakfast in T - 8 hours! Does this work for anyone else?
