Had an amazing trip over the Christmas period with some amazing and calorie dense food! I thought I’ll gain over a kg, but roaming walking and hiking worked in my favour 🤗🤗 and gained just 200 grams of weight.
71 kg Indtil videre tabt: 41 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 6 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
