Glad to say that I'm down another pound. This is a momentous pound because it marks a 30 pound loss *and* it puts me at a "healthy" BMI (24.8) rather than "overweight." It's the uppermost boundary of a "healthy" BMI, but worth celebrating anyway. :)
Yesterday I changed my photo to be a recent pic. from the beach a week or so ago. What fun.
