It's been a while. Not going to lie, I was struggling a bit for a while. Binge eating attacks and all that but it didn't take as much of a toll as I thought it would. I did always try to stay under my calories for the day but I expected to either stay the same weight or gain some even. I thought the scale was broken this morning. 😂 I know I shouldn't let the number be the factor to decide anything but it really did a lot to motivate me again :) Here's to getting under 115 until the end of the year. ❤️
