How do I upload a photo here as a diary entry for discussion? A couple of weeks ago Google Photos suggested "remember this day" - it was from 2013. I honestly don't remember my weight then nor do I think it's achievable post turning 40. I'd like to be able to share thoughts and ideas with other women in similar positions.
