One year anniversary at FatSecret!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am looking back at my history and I can honestly say I don't think I could have made it without the help of all of my buddies and people here at FatSecret. I am not at my goal weight yet, but I am working towards my goal in a healthy way. My outlook at food and exercise has changed over the year and it's starting to show in my body image.
