Finally moving from the plateau that I had for a year it seems like. I think adding yoga has helped.

Thank you all! I joined a studio and can regularly make it twice a week religiously but try and fit in an extra day when I can here and there. I love it! The studio is pretty warm/hot. I do hot yoga every Saturday morning early and a power yoga Sunday morning which is also pretty warm. Like 85 to 95+ degrees
