WOOHOO!! 2lb loss overnight! FINALLY!! I think I have figured out why though. I just started not eating anything after 9pm and my dinner didn't have a carb in it. I went out to eat to Smokey Bones last night and had the grilled salmon with steamed broccoli and no lemon butter sauce that comes with it. Instead I used bbq mustard sauce sparingly.

I was sooo scared to go out to eat and messing up, but did better than I thought!!

You are doing GREAT!! Way to go!!! I know when I started not eating after 7:30 I lost a ton of weight. I have since slipped backed into old habits and was eating late again, but stopped again and now the weight is coming off. Keep up the great work!!! You can do it!
