Didn’t eat my regular amount yesterday (ate less) probably why the drop. I made really good choices regarding buying food this week mostly from the farmers market and trying to get in more fruits and veggies and really cutting back on cheese and processed foods to see if that will make a different and help the scale go down a bit. Yesterday I got a pedicure and got my hair cut (I only get it cut once or twice a year) and is really curly but when I get it cut he straightens it so I can enjoy a different look for a few days before it drives me nuts because o have to wash it.
