I tested my glucose and ketones (96/0.7) this morning. Immediately, I knew that something was off. So, I did a little research. Keto-Mojo.com is reliable. I confirmed that I had been eating too much! By eating so much, it had kicked me out of ketosis and created a weight stall. That's fine. All of this is new to me. I can expect to make mistakes, learn, adjust, and continue to my ultimate goal of great health. I have alot to learn. It's like developing a new skill and becoming an expert in it. It'll take time, experience, adjustments. It's like a new adventure. I like that!
