Habe fünfmal nachgewogen. Tiefstes Gewicht seit über einem Monat 💃🤸‍♀️💪 Kein Adipositas I mehr, nur noch übergewichtig 😀
Die 80 ist am Horizont schon erkennbar 👣👣👣

81 kg Indtil videre tabt: 15,6 kg. Stadig tilbage: 18 kg. Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
