The scale keeps moving up faster than I expected. Unless I've got some undiagnosed metabolic problem, there's just no way this increase is either fat or muscle. I thought I'd have leveled off by now.

Not really seeing any significant changes in the mirror or with my clothes though, so I'll just keep going with 2500/day for now and see what happens. It can't keep going up a half pound every day, indefinitely...
