What a stressful week kitchen fitting on start stop due to delivery failure. Hubby’s birthday he’s not well
My feet not touched the ground what a mess every room upside with parts for kitchen in . weight stayed same again even though I have not reached a thousand calories most days stress kills my appetite. Getting my steps in to escape with my music for an hour lucky enough to have a beautiful park at end of my road . Onward and upward we get through these trying times . 2024 def not my year . Hope everyone is well hoping for a better week and better weather take care all hope your journey is happier than mine .

Thank you both , It will all settle I am sure . Wedding shopping next week our niece gets married in August. That will bring joy nothing like a good wedding party and new dress to cheer a girl up . Especially as everything in my wardrobe is too big ☺️. Goode excuse to shop 😂

Nothing beats retail therapy. Any excuse to go shopping yesterday my brother-in-law treated me to a Dior bag ecstatic. I’m still buzzing.

Caiosha I know it was unexpected went in just to look around with my sister and she liked a bag & I just looked at one picked it up …. We went to a lovely restaurant he surprised me with the bag I liked …. He also took me to the Dr ( swollen feet ) can hardly manage …. Was told to limit carbs from bread & rice salad eggs and chicken for two weeks so am truly blessed 🥰🥰🥰 hope u found a lovely outfit for the wedding great weight loss amazing achievement xxxx

Nadia , enjoy being treated so well , you deserve it . Hope the swelling goes down soon . This last few kilos is very stubborn lol I don’t help myself weak when it comes to chocolate. My daughter made brownie again and I ate 4 not all at once they are delicious. 🤤 I had hoped to reach target by now . Never mind I am a uk 12 in most now so getting there was struggling in 18
My daughter has shed 8 stones looks amazing 🤩 she is my inspiration and mentor xx
