I've been home from caring for Mom for a little over a week. I have another week at home before going back again. Seems like I've spent more time there than at home this summer, hubby thinks so too. After more than 2 years of this it is starting to wear on me, and I'm sure my siblings feel the same. My high school class had our annual get together last weekend, kind of a small group this year but enjoyed visiting. I made 2 loaves of low carb zucchini bread and it has tasted good to both of us. Found the recipe on Pinterest. I continue to fight the battle with these 10 pounds. They are currently winning! Never give up!
