I should be drinking more liquids than I do, trying to be conscious if that but sometimes it’s hard. I force myself to walk and I do yoga twice, sometimes 3 times a week. I’m not a cardio girl. Have taken a scout and flow yoga class before and I have to do all the modifications 🥴
