at first i completely removed bakery products, biscuits, crackers, soft drinks, lollies, bread, takeaways except for subway, packets of nuts which are meant for athletes and hard not to have the whole bag, chocolate except for that which comes with greek yoghurt, nut bars and cereal I ate a lot of fruit vegetables light butter popcorn food with additives frozen meals and a moderate amount of processed meat then I cut out the nut bars/oat bars then gradually the sugary chocolatey cereals then I wasn’t losing any more so I started to eat mostly home cooked meals and stopped eating processed meats and food additives started eating some nuts and I lost a lot more

and i completely removed all drinks except for water and 1 glass of juice a day which wasnt very hard because i only drink juice or water or hot chocolate
