You are doing great! I have the same response to diet changes. Feels like deprivation to me but as I age food is more important to me. The "last meal" mentality.

TJ -- rest assured that your taste buds will follow your diet eventually. 😊 Mine did, at least. The more healthy my diet becomes, the less I crave the less than optimal ones (although I still eat those here and there). Stay focused on your goals, and you may find the foods that get in the way of them just aren't worth it anymore 👍
