Didn't get to weigh in until after a three-course plus blooming onion, triple portion bread & butter & 2 waters at "The Outback" Lotta chore work again this week at home, and I managed to avoid two late night "comfort food" snacks. Hoping for a good week... Breakfast and lunch seem to be going very well caloriewise, but still overeating at supper, and most nights have become unnecessary bored/habit/comfort food late night snacktimes.
