Stayed the same. 272lbs which is 19st 6lbs. Don't mind staying the same, just don't want to put weight on. I have my cardiology appointment this Wednesday and I'm worried. At least my daughter is coming with me. She is a Consultant Geriatrician so is used to dealing with "golden oldies" (which is what I call us over 65s). At least she will know what questions to ask.
