I know its been a long time since I have logged into FS but was just too busy in many areas of my life. I have leveled off in my weight and still very active in walking everyday. But after losing 100 lbs and keeping the ability to continue an active lifestyle... is truly a great accomplishment. I know it has been a few months since I have logged in and I had like 300 unread notifications but will look over them. Fatsecret has been a huge help and I hope to continue the journey were i left off.
