Well crud! The darn idiot box moved the wrong direction this week and I'm not sure why! Up a pound, so guess I need to go back and check my diet journal. I know I was a little over 20 net carbs one day, and hit 1500 calories. But that shouldn't be enough to cause a gain. Maybe it will drop suddenly like it does sometimes. I refuse to be discouraged. I'm in for the long haul!

Rhontique, You are doing amazingly well. That is a great idea to check your diet journal's. Have you thought about your sodium intake as that is a major cause of water retention in most people? Just saying. Anyhoo, keep on doing what you are doing and you will succeed! I know it! ;) How's your mom doing?

stick with your plan, our weight can fluctuate up to 3-4 pounds from day to day so don't be too concerned at this point. just keep at it and you'll be fine.
