As long as you don't get despondent, you will be fine.
Just remember to write every last thing you eat down on a daily basis, It is hard but at least you will see what you are having, that adds on the calories. I see you have energy drinks, which you really don't need to have. Try a cup of tea/coffee/herbal drinks and use sweeteners.
It is a fact that these energy drinks can sap your strength. They have a high glycemic index and load, which can give people short bursts of energy depending on how fit they are. If you are over weight, they do nothing for you at all, as your body is already packing more than enough energy. Your just going to feel tired not long after.
