Today I decided that I would do the special K Diet. I need something to budge my weight i've been stuck here in no no land for far too long.

Breakfast: 1 cup of special K and 1/2 cup of 2% milk.

Lunch: The very same thing i had for breakfast.

snack: special K bar.

Dinner: Small salad; no meat. Apple sauce and water.
81,2 kg Indtil videre tabt: 0 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 8,6 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.

I don't have the nutrition information for Special K, but I can't believe this is a healthy diet. Starving yourself is not the answer to weight loss. It may work in the short term, but your body will rebel and begin holding onto the fat, which I'm guessing is exactly the opposite of your long-term goal. You need to make sure you're getting enough protein and calories. It seems you took in a lot of carbs, and I'm guessing your not burning them off. A high-carb, low fiber cereal with the fat from the milk is going to lend itself to weight gain as well, although the calories are probably low enough to not really matter anyway. Reevaluate your diet and do some research, and feel free to check some of the daily menus from people around here. Good luck!
