Okay... I'm back in the saddle again!

Taking Thanksgiving "off" turned into taking 2 weeks off. I'm back now, and ready to dive back in. Only 4 lbs gained, and I ate VERY badly, so I know it won't take much to be right back on track.

It won't take much to lose those 4 lbs again as you get back "in the saddle" so to speak!!! You have lost 40 lbs ... the size of a small child!!! Don't lose sight of the progress. We all have "breaks" especially during this time of year. Glad you see you are back!!
