Started fasting yesterday and am to eat dinner only between 4 and 7 pm so I am on a 21/3 fast and my meal aim is 70% fat 25% protein and 5% carbs and eating raw food with every meal ....favourite is my new coleslaw of brussels red and green cabbage chives red onion topped with my paleo homemade mayo to which I add any organic egg and any grass fed meat or wild fish...oh and added olives ev olive oil and apple cider vinegar . all good stuff
