Typical week for me... I'm watching what I eat, I have great conviction to stick with it until night time. Then I'm hungry and craving something yummy. Overall I'm improving, I'm getting back into familiar territory. I still have some improvements to make to start seeing the pounds come back off. AND I can't wait until February when I get the boot off my foot & can start jogging again :)
