Well, I really didn't want to weigh this morning but I did. I am up a little. Not too bad since the wedding week end. I go to the doctor today, so I will really know what I weigh. Appointment is this afternoon so I know I will weigh more. Hope you all are doing good on your diet.

we all have our ups and downs .... you will succeed!!! just keep that in mind and keep telling yourself that you decide what you will and won't eat and you decide to get up and burn those calories!!!

I have a doctor's visit on the 17th of this month, I know that my physician is going to say something about my weight since the last time I was there, I was at 215lbs! Good Luck on your weigh in.
