Measurements - Well at 221 this is big, heaviest I've been in my life. Neck - 16.5 Chest - 45 Shoulders - 54 Forearms - 12.5 Biceps - 15 Waist (at belly button) - 42 Hips and butt - 45 Quads - 25.5 Calf - 17.5 Will check in next week - Sunday, stay posted. Cheers, Don
