I got off to a much better start today than I did yesterday. With no flat tire, and no dentist appointment, I was able to get my total gym workout completed before lunch. The day I skip probably helped my body recover and let some of the initial soreness slack off. So all-in-all, I'm sticking with it. :-)

cool dave. great to see you having a better day. my day off of total gym is today. dont do it everyday or you will get sore. i took off today because tomorrow i do alot with chest/back with some shoulder but i did walk at my job 4.67 miles, total 86 mins for 8,400 steps. listed below is my workout for 3/4/16.
