Happy Thursday to the FatSecret community. Off to Long Beach today, and hoping to eat fewer meals, than my last trip. My diet tip today is of interest because it discusses the attributes of a social diet website, compared to diet plans, philosophy, and all the many things, we discuss everyday, toward the goal of losing weight. In other words, us discussing our empathy for each other here, may be the most effective tool toward our goals.
