Surprisingly I lost 1 lb. this week. I've been tired and in a funk and busy with PTO and kids activities. We've been eating out a lot, but for the most part I've tried to make healthier choices and I guess that worked. This week I'm getting back on track-diet & exercise wise. It will be an uphill battle but slow and steady wins the race and that's what I'm counting on.
