Well - women and body water fluctuations. I followed my diet pretty well and worked out yesterday. This morning I am down 3 lbs and feel hopeful again.
I wish my selfesteem weren't tied to my weight. Work in progress. In other news I am sore as heck today, squats may do a body good but after 2 months out of the gym you will feel them. I can barely walk. Weight lifting is supposed to increase your muscle insulin sensitivity, so hey! Insulin resistance? I've got you in my sights.
