Blue Viking's Dagbog, 13 jun 16

Well I stuck to my plan this week and made sure I was eating my snacks to keep my metabolism going.
So excited to see the positive results.
I definitely am more resolved to lose this weight as I am going on a mini trip with 2 of my sister's the end of July for a weekend in Chicago.
We have booked our tickets for the Talk Shops America at Chicago's Navy Pier to see the sailing ships and for me the star attraction that has sailed all the way from Norway.
The Draken Harald Harfagre is the largest Viking shop in modern times and I am extremely excited to be able to see her and hopefully board her.
We are taking the train from Indianapolis so we can spend all our time visiting with each other on the way to Chicago and back.
Great reason to lose more weight as we will be in constant motion when we are in Chicago.
I plan on getting the dogs our for more walks to get my walking legs in shape.
I cannot begin to tell you how excited I am to spend time with 2 of my sister's while connecting with my heritage.
