Day 22 Whole30: Wow, I feel GREAT today. I did yoga, Zumba and Body Pump. Afterwards I got in the sauna (15min.) and steam room (5min). I had a body scrub and feel like a million dollars. When I got home I put on some jamming music and dance around the kitchen as I made my lunch. I'm loving ME today! Be well everyone!
