I didn't want to sign on today. I'm back up to 208. I didn't see it coming. I know I was snacking a bit, but I didn't think that much. I also believe my lack of working out last week caught up to me. I'm glad my mouth feels better and I had a good workout the last few nights. I'm really going to turn it up this week and watch the goodies.
