I tried my daughter's Misfit Shine, I may go that route, but Fitbits have come down in price, so that can be an option too. I really think something like those would keep me mindful of my goals each day. But it was sad, I looked at my sleep patterns, ugh!! Perhaps it is time for a sleep study.
