Good Monday Morning Fat secret Buddies, Warriors, winners, losers and Gainers! Yes, Gainers! I think we all gain something from this site...whether it be knowledge, inspiration, friends or foes!!!! I want to thank everyone for suggestions and support! I have struggled with my relationship with food for many years. I am supposed to consume it...it is not supposed to consume me!!!!! This past two weeks have been good for me. I started an 8 week program and have gained healthy habits. I have gained better stamina. I have gained more buddies and I have gained the knowledge to know that it takes a little more hard work and effort is needed on my part to reach my fitness goals. I also know I must be kind to myself and others when we are too tired or just not "feeling it..."
