I read your BIO and I know how you feel. I was a light smoker...so that's what I thought...until I quit it also two years ago and found the weight slowly growing on me...15 pounds later and am trying for 25-30. I also was getting digusted with myself....daily and have decided to share an open journal with EVERYONE on this site and to be TOTALLY honest...with emotions...excersise...things going on in my life...so I can see a pattern....Pick yourself up and make a commitment and I KNOW you can succeed. It is working for me...so that is how I know it can work for you...GOOD LUCK!

Damn Rabbit - Was starting to wonder if you got your bunny boiled or something. Great to hear from you! Is it difficult to be a Westerner in Turkey right now considering all the political tension?
