So, 9 'extras' and I am the dame weight at the end of the week as at the beginning of the week. Interesting. Also missed a couple of days of exersize due to travel schedule. My waist measurement continues to decrease, despite my weight reamining the same. I think I'll do more of the same this week.1q2
