I'm back. It was too hard to stick to a regular diet with the kids home for summer. But they're finally back in school and we're finally finding a routine. I continued to play arena soccer but we had 3 weeks off and started back yesterday. I gained 6-7 pounds over the summer, not great but not too bad. Now it's me time...
