I was so busy yesterday I forgot to enter my weight. It went down but I probably sweat it off in this 100F weather the last few days. I did play arena soccer at high noon on Sunday and the temp on the turf field was 110F. PTO at the elementary school two of my children go to is currently the bane of my existence. I got up early to work on PTO stuff, I was at a budget meeting for over 2 hours before I had to leave to volunteer in my daughter's class. I had an unpleasant confrontation during that meeting and truly felt why am I doing this? It adds some much stress to my life and sometimes interferes with family life and making healthy decisions. Sorry yesterday was bad given the heat & stress... Thank you everyone for your support.
