Misty.....I can't get my head in the game of weight loss.....no clue what I'm "waiting" for! ugh. going to meet hubby at the gym after work. He's a newbie at the gym - just joined when he retired realizing he needs exercise to continue to age well and keep up with me (he's only 3 years older than me). Anyhooooo, best of luck to all of us! Now, I'm going to put in my higher weight and get on with it!

I stumbled out of bed this morning and thought about how nice that bag of Halloween candy sitting on the table would go with my morning coffee. I even had the built-in excuse of not being fully awake queued up. Unfortunately, or fortunately I was cognizant enough to stiffen the ol' upper lip, steel my resolve and just have the straight black coffee. Definitely a psychological thing.

I'm already down 4 lbs but I'm not going to log it. Must have just been water but I pigged out for a week and no work outs so now to lose the fat. I'm not going to log my weight for 21 days. Stay on track for 21 days Misty!! I have to keep telling myself this! Must. Stay. Motivated. Must. Stay. Healthy!! Ok pep talk for the hour...check!
