Coconut - Water Fast Day #1 Today I'm starting my refeeding day drinking some coconut water. I didn't drink much water yesterday and I can tell it by my super dry lips. My ketosis is still large at 80mg/dL today, but I'll break the fast this weekend anyway, my energy levels are not great lately so I'm ready to go back to a normal diet.
