Heading in the right direction. Goal this week is to journal better. I did journal last week but missed a few meals. Even with that watching what I was eating and writing it down did make a difference.

For me journaling what I eat and blogging in my journal have been very helpful; when I'm feeling at a low I will look at what I wrote and feel better; I also use positive self-talk which is encouraging and empowering. Good luck!
