Heading in the right direction. Goal this week is to journal better. I did journal last week but missed a few meals. Even with that watching what I was eating and writing it down did make a difference.

For me journaling what I eat and blogging in my journal have been very helpful; when I'm feeling at a low I will look at what I wrote and feel better; I also use positive self-talk which is encouraging and empowering. Good luck!

Writing down what you eat helps you be able to look back and see what you did right and where you went wrong**. That makes it easier for you to change your habits. Good luck. Great job on your loss!
