slowly but surely i suppose. i'm basically just eating as healthy as possible. lots of lean protein & veggies and fruits. plus i'm drinking nothing but water, which has been a real challenge for me (giving up the sodas & sweet tea--such a southern staple). although, i have had an occasional alcoholic beverage from time to time, but sensibly. with two small kids, i'm finding it very difficult to exercise EVERY day, but i have been walking anywhere from 2 to 4 miles, 3 or 4 times a week. i'm feeling better and better about myself as the time passes. hopefully, the holiday season, which is fast approaching, won't wreck my progress. willpower!!
