Hooray!
I am no longer obese. My BMI now says that I am just overweight. Took a while, but it feels SO good to be here! I have been obese for more than a decade

Congratulations. I notice in one of your posts that you referred to BMI - can you tell me what that means. I have just weighed in yesterday and my starting weight is very similar to the weight you started at I hope that I can do as well as you. Congratulations -you are doing great.
