sweetgirl's Dagbog, 15 nov 07

I'm so happy that i am 215 now that's the lowest have been since.....i can't even remember.I'm officially down 65 pounds ,YIPPPEEEE!!!!!!! Still have a lot more to lose, lol. Last week-end was my b-day and i had chocolate cake and few drinks . So monday and tuesday i did "take-off" and i went down 4 pounds. Now I want to lose those 15 lbs by january 1rst.I know that sounds crazy but i'm going to try. That's a heck of a challenge with the holidays. Well gotta stay positive.... right 

Wow you are doing great. I just read it is good to set ambitious goals,because it makes you try harder. So I guess I am going to set my own and say that I would like to lose ten pounds by 12/31. So let's check in with each other then. We can do it.
