Well, somehow, I made it to the gym this morning, and the run was good, as I ran 8 minutes again at a higher speed 4.3, and my wind is good, but my legs are fatigued. I really felt it, as I did my leg presses. My left, bad knee was mildly sore, but I considered it a success. I skipped the upper body, as I knew I would never have the energy to finish. My next test, is how I feel Saturday. Have a great day, everyone! Happy Holidays! Rumors about the Queen's health. Long live the Queen!

Thanks ladies! It is funny, that on bad weather days here, everyone is at the gym. I guess they don't want to waste nice days. Thanks MLF, we are looking toward Vegas again. I most enjoy ALL the different bath tubs of the hotels. Lol I will look for the Queen's doggie!

So, as of today, it sounds like nuclear arms around the world will be on a "one's up" from country to country. As Trump and Putin talk of nuclear buildup today, we will see what other countries, decide to chime in.

Those are beautiful pictures of Queen Elizabeth. I'm not sure if Charles can be the king because Camilla is a divorcee. Time will tell. Here's to a speedy recovery for the Royals. Long live the Queen....the corgis are fun.

Wow, how about this, Trump from his financial disclosure of 104 pages, has a ton of money invested in a hedge fund, that is heavily invested in Freddie Mae, and Freddie Mac, and he then chooses Steve Mnushin of Goldman Sachs as his Treasury Secretary. Mnushin says he is going to take Freddie Mae and Freddie Mac private. The stocks skyrocket making Trump millions possibly. This ALREADY, is a CRIMINAL ACT. Not just a conflict of interest, it is CRIMINAL and IMPEACHABLE. Remember Martha Stewart going to jail for inside stock information.
