logging a gain for the 1st time in 2 months. Its ok. Its all on me. DIL and son were here and we went out way too much and baked and had a wonderful time. Will do my best to reset this week as I am on vacation and plan to hit it hard at the gym. Happy Friday everyone ! Let make some noise !!

Glad you had a wonderful time - moderation is key. I am eating treats and have my foot up after the surgery so cannot yet lift weights...I will regroup soon.

Glad you had a good time with family. Plenty of time to get back down again. Just gotta climb back on that wagon that you fell off of. You will do it!

I bobble up and down a pound every other day. I don't consider that a gain. You're doing great if you haven't done any more than that.
