My eating has been okay. Only one splurge day. Gym 2x only this week. My knees continue to be very painful, though I did discover today that stretching my quads helps a lot with the pain so I'll keep up with that. Thanksgiving this week and only two days of work. I won't hit the gym in the morn but I intend to go 4x this week. Should be able to swim by wed. (new tat means I oughta stay out of the water for a bit while it heals.) I've got to do a docs appt soon, perhaps cortizone shots or something along those lines to take care of the pain so I can continue to be active.
